William Baltazar is a Swiss-American fashion designer based in Tokyo, Japan. Originally from Washington DC, he relocated to New York in order to study menswear at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Upon graduation, he was hired to design womenswear for CK Calvin Klein under the creative direction of Raf Simons. Since moving to Tokyo in 2018 he has worked in various capacities as a fashion and textile designer. He most recently began his own label, Liam Rioux, which creates luxury women’s ready-to-wear on a capsule basis.
